Refunds

Before a refund is granted, you’d have to allow us to try and help. Contact our support via chat, tech ticket or at [email protected] and please allow 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.

We can process a refund if you haven’t downloaded the product or if the product you downloaded from the website was completely unusable, damaged or non-functioning, or doesn’t do what it promises to.

To summarize and clarify: No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except cases in which the product you’ve purchased is:

1.Completely non-functional

  1. Product main description was misleading or the product doesn’t perform the promised function.
  2. You didn’t download the product.

The EU 14-Days Return Policy

Based on EU law, you may withdraw the purchase and receive a refund for any digital content (or service) purchased on the site during 14 days, only if you did not download the content and did not install it on the site and only if we did not start working on the requested development project. Once a digital product has been downloaded and/or a purchased service has commenced, customers immediately lose their right of withdrawal.
